What You’ll Experience
We will go beyond drills to unlock the what, why, and how of Offensive Line skill development:
- Mindset: Building the mental foundation of toughness, discipline, and presence.
- Stance & Posture: Establishing the base that drives every movement.
- Pass Protection Technique: From set angles to strike timing and hand counters.
- Run Blocking Fits & Philosophy: Understanding leverage, finish, and the art of strain.
- OL-Specific Movement: Training the body to move with efficiency, balance, and control.
- Hand Placement: Precision and power—when, where, and how to strike.
- Open vs. Closed Skill Development: Learning how to apply skills against chaos, not just in controlled drills.
